Willow's Based Chili Cheese Tater Tots RecipeIf you need to ask "how much seasoning", just remember Uncle Roger's advice. "Just use feeling."
You will need:
Ground beef (500g/1lb)
Spring onion
A white onion
A green pepper
A yellow pepper
A tall can of Moosehead Lager
One packet of Clubhouse Chili Mix
x2 cans of Hunts Tomato Paste
A can of red kidney beans
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Basil
Worstershire sauce
Sour cream
How to do the thing:
- Dice one white onion, one green pepper, one yellow pepper.
- Place ground beef in a mixing bowl with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, a bit of washyoursister sauce, mix gracefully.
- Brown your beef, add onions once almost browned.
- Shotgun the tall can of Moosehead Lager.
- Sautee peppers in water in a pan on low heat until soft, but not too soft.
- Yeet the beef, peppers, red kidney beans, tomato paste with 2 cans of water, Clubhouse Chili Mix, and basil into a large receptacle. Mix violently.
- Preheat oven for tater tot insertion, cook the taters.
- Melt cheese sauce, just use Cheez Whiz if you're a lazy bean.
- Cut up your spring onion like you're punishing it for disappointing you.
Assembling the thing:
- In a shallow bowl, add a layer of tater tots, then layer with chili.
- Lather cheese on top, and another layer of chili.
- Apply a top layer of cheese, place dollops of sour cream on top to make it look magical.
- Sprinkle with spring onions, serve quickly to prevent the tater tots from becoming soggy.
- Portion and freeze remaining chili for chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries, or chili and toast. Maybe even chili cheese toast.
