Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly at wholesale@odinnovelties.com.

We do not accept returns on any products unless the product was not as advertised or is proven defective upon arrival. If you received an incorrect product, please contact customer service immediately.

All products are shipped brand new from our warehouse with secure packaging. If a wholesale customer would like a product opened for craftsmanship inspection or electronic testing, this request must be made immediately after placing the order.

Defective Products

Wholesale customers are responsible for handling defective products directly with their end customers at the store level.

If the same item is available, the defective product should be exchanged immediately for the customer.

If the item is not available, the retailer may:

  • Offer an exchange for a similar product of equal or lesser value

  • Offer store credit to the customer

Defective products do not need to be returned to Odin Novelties.

To receive a credit, proof of defect is required. We may request:

  • A clear, detailed video showing the defect

  • Photos of the defective product

  • Photos of external packaging, particularly in cases of shipping damage

  • Signature approving shipment

We reserve the right to troubleshoot a product before issuing any credit.

Once reviewed and approved, Odin Novelties will issue a credit equal to the wholesale value, which may be applied toward future orders.

Odin Guaranteed Extended Warranty

Odin Novelties products with electrical components include the Odin Guaranteed Extended Warranty.

These products are eligible for a one-time guaranteed replacement if the product fails within one (1) year of the purchase date.

Covered Under Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Improperly functioning electronic components

  • Faulty or unresponsive buttons

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage sustained during shipping

  • Water damage only where the product is labeled waterproof, submersible, or water-resistant and the failure results from a manufacturing defect

Replacement Terms

  • Replacement products must be manufactured by Odin Novelties

  • Replacement items must be of equal or lesser value

  • Odin Novelties may issue a credit in place of a replacement at its discretion

If there is evidence of courier mishandling, such as security camera footage, we may request a copy in order to file a claim with the courier.

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, retailers, or distributors

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Damage resulting from misuse, excessive use, neglect, or improper care

  • Modified, tampered with, or disassembled products

  • Water damage to products not labeled as water-resistant, waterproof, or submersible

Amendments to This Warranty

Odin Novelties reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this warranty and returns policy at any time without prior notice.
